"A few weeks ago, I woke up on Monday morning with a spasm in my neck and upper back. My wife recommended that I go see Dustin but I’ve had similar pain in the past and it usually goes away within a day or two. Also, I have never really had great success with PT. I’ve always been put aside in a corner with a band or a ball and told to do some easy exercises…so I refused to go see him. By Thursday morning my pain had gotten excruciating and my whole shoulder was frozen. I couldn’t even tie my own shoes. I was supposed to drive my family and I to San Diego that day for a vacation but there was no way I was going to be able to sit in a car for 7 hours. My wife demanded that I go see Dustin and the pain was so bad that I gave in. Upon arriving at Dustin’s office, he did a thorough review of my health history and vital signs and then examined the problem in my neck. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me that I wouldn’t be 100% after one visit but that he could probably get me well enough to go on vacation. He then got to work on my neck. Within an hour my neck was loose and my pain was at a minimum. What a relief! I was able to drive to San Diego that evening with minimal pain. I continued the exercises that Dustin taught me throughout the weekend and by Sunday I was playing football on the beach. I couldn’t believe how much better I felt in only 3 days. I would highly recommend Dustin to anybody with restricted mobility or pain. I am continuing to see him as he is helping me fix my posture so that my neck pain never comes back. He knows what he is doing and you get a full hour of one-on-one treatment unlike any other PT office. Thanks Dustin!!!"
